Where can i find Constantinos in Bully Scholarship Edition, for the yearbook photo?

I got him either in the school or right in front of it, but much earlier in the game. What I noticed in this game is that there seems to be one character who is a major pain in the *** but it different for everybody. Since the non-affiliated ones hang out around the school, I would just walk around taking pictures of all male little kids, even if you already have them. I think taking pictures might trigger character spawns, the same fighting clique members seems to spawn more of them, or the way killing gang members would spawn more in the GTAs.
