College Help!?

im a sophmore and i dont get "the best grades" i think an 86 avg or something i took my psat and got 1500 on it now im getting like 2 letters a week from William & Mary College and Georgetown university what im asking is are they worth taking a look at or are they just piece of crap schools. and if there good do these letters mean they want me to go there or do they give them to everyone
