Malaysian government employees who are most corrupt?

We all know who they are but I am more than happy to highlight this again. Recently, the JPJ od Seremban, Negeri Sembilan was under investigation for corruption by the MACC. Officers and runners from the Sportsclub of JPJ - Seremban were arrested and charged for accepting donations and sponsors from private companies for the purpose of hosting a dinner for the club and VIP seats allocated for the donors and sponsors - amount some RM600,000 over in donations and the money was withdrawn and left with about RM4,000. No dinner was held and the officers and runners distributed the money among themselves and tried to live happily ever after. We all know how corrupted JPJ is all over Malaysia.
