uming I can get into any college, where should I apply?

I want a school that has very difficult courses, plenty of opportunities, and decent people (people who study hard but can laugh about it afterwards). I would like a school that is recognizable; I've worked hard, and I want people to know it. I don't care much about the diversity or the size, but I would prefer a large school over a small one. I don't want any religious affiliation; I'm not atheist I just don't know what I am so I don't want to be distracted from my studies. I'd like it to be near a large city. I would like a school where everyone starts out equal and only skill "separates the wheat from the chaff." Finally, I finished high school math at age 16, and I solve complex differential equations in my free time. I have taken 2 years of chemistry, 2 years of biology, one year of geophysical science, and 2 years of physics. I think I should go to a school with some kind of technical emphasis. Extracurriculars aren't a concern, but I have been very involved in high school.
