No, you don't need to check with your doctor. she is just really lucky that she is not throwing up every five minutes and all those other fun symptoms. every pregnancy is different when it comes to symptoms. some women have every symptom in the book (like i did for my first pregnancy) and some women have absolutely none at all (like i did for this pregnancy lol). she'll be perfectly fine.
