Where do my Broncos go from here?

We had an unwanted house guest in Bronco country for nearly two years. He came in got rid of our QB our WR, gutted our team. He wasted draft pick and now we have to some how pick up the pieces and move on and build this team back up. Basically our unwanted house guest took a CRAP on our carpet and is now gone leaving us to clean up the mess. So what now, what about Tebow will we still try and develop him. We need to fix this and quick.
