I have a case open which involves my daughter custody. Mother took my child out of the country ..help.?

What is going to happen ? She took my daughter to Colombia when I just filed a motion for unsupervised visitation here in florida.She left without judge authorization .I have restraining order against her. We are no married and no domestic violence. Is it legal to take a child out of the country when there is an open case and has been proved with a DNA test that the child is my daughter??
