Are there any libraries in Chicago where you can talk softly, even in certain sections?

Some libraries have areas with signage saying "quiet area", but quiet talking is allowed in most places. Choose a table in a corner, or place where there are few distractions. In my experience, libraries love to provide tutoring areas, and will even provide a small room if you reserve it.
